You are able to input the roster so that parents automatically receive booking links OR YOU CAN BYPASS THE ROSTER FEATURE. If you bypass you will just leave the roster blank and then you will then receive a booking link to share with the rest of your team in order for them to book their rooms within the block that you setup. **Please note that should this tournament cancel due to COVID, anyone who has a room booked will not be responsible for paying the room fees. The $5 processing fee that is taken at the time of booking is non-refundable at anytime, however, that is the only fee that is nonrefundable.** Please note any hotel cancellation policies when booking your room.
