Welcome to the official hotel booking page for the 2023 ICE Showcase & Indiana Showcase, South Bend, IN. We are thrilled to assist you with booking a hotel for this event.

Please take a look at the discounted hotel options listed below and pick the hotel that suits your team's needs the best. Do not contact the hotels directly to book your rooms, they will not have the discounted rate available for you.

There are three ways to book your rooms...

1. Room Roster Feature - You are able to input the roster so that parents/coaches automatically receive their individual booking links OR YOU CAN BYPASS THE ROSTER FEATURE.

2. Booking Link Option - If you bypass the room roster feature you will just leave the roster blank and then you will receive a booking link in your email to share with the rest of your team in order for them to book their rooms within the block that you set up.

3. Master Bill - If you are paying for all the rooms for your organization, you would reserve all of the rooms needed and submit a rooming list and fill out a credit card authorization prior to the cutoff date.

*Please note that the booking fee is a transaction fee that is non-refundable. Any deposit is refundable up until the book by date(cut off date).*
