2023 Florida Cup - Hosted by Chargers SC
Welcome to the official hotel booking page for the 2023 Florida Cup - Hosted by Chargers SC at the Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch, Florida! We are thrilled to assist you with booking a hotel for this event. This is a stay-to-play tournament, so if your team is located outside of a 75-mile radius of the Premier Sports Campus, you are required to book your team with one of the options below.
Please take a look at the discounted hotel options listed below and pick the best hotel that suits your team's needs. Please do not contact the hotels directly to book your rooms; they will not have the discounted rate available. Rooming lists are due by 4/20, and the cutoff date for most properties is 4/21. Please review the notes under each hotel for their cutoff date and hotel-specific policies.
When you book your room, the deposit you pay will reduce the room's overall cost when you arrive at the hotel. Also, please let us know if you have any special requests (coming early, departing late, needing a different room type, etc.). We are happy to help!
There are three ways to book your rooms...
- Room Roster Feature - You can input the roster so that parents/coaches automatically receive booking links, OR YOU CAN BYPASS THE ROSTER FEATURE.
- Booking Link Option - If you bypass the room roster feature, you will leave the roster blank, and then you will receive a booking link in your email to share with the rest of your team for them to book their rooms within the block that you set up.
- Master Bill - If you are paying for all the rooms for your organization, you would reserve all the rooms needed, submit a rooming list, and fill out a credit card authorization before the cutoff date.
*Please note that should this tournament be canceled due to COVID, anyone with a room booked will not be responsible for paying the room fees. The $8 processing fee that is taken at the time of booking is non-refundable at any time, however, that is the only non-refundable fee.**
