2023 Chargers Labor Day Soccer Tournament

Welcome to the official hotel booking page for the 2023 Chargers Winter Showcase at the Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch Florida! We are thrilled to assist you with booking a hotel for this event. This is a stay-to-play tournament, so if your team is located outside of a 75-mile radius from the Premier Sports Campus you are required to book your team with one of the options below.

Please take a look at the discounted hotel options listed below and pick the hotel that suits your team's needs the best. Do not contact the hotels directly to book your rooms, they will not have the discounted rate available for you. Rooming lists are due by 7/27 and the cutoff date for all properties is 7/29

When you book your room, the deposit you pay will reduce the overall cost of the room when you arrive to the hotel. Also if you have any special requests (coming early, departing late, need a different room type, etc), please let us know. We are happy to help!

There are three ways to book your rooms...

  1. Room Roster Feature - You are able to input the roster so that parents/coaches automatically receive booking links OR YOU CAN BYPASS THE ROSTER FEATURE.
  2. Booking Link Option - If you bypass the room roster feature you will just leave the roster blank and then you will then receive a booking link in your email to share with the rest of your team in order for them to book their rooms within the block that you setup.
  3. Master Bill - If you are paying for all the rooms for your organization, you would reserve all of the rooms needed and submit a rooming list and fill out a credit card authorization prior to the cutoff date.

*Please note that should this tournament cancel due to COVID, anyone who has a room booked will not be responsible for paying the room fees. The $8 processing fee that is taken at the time of booking is non-refundable at anytime, however that is the only fee that is nonrefundable.**

Please note any hotel cancellation and early departure policies when booking your room.
