Welcome to the official hotel booking page for the Coulee Cup Tournament in La Crosse, WI, USA. We are thrilled to assist you with booking a hotel for this event. This is a stay-to-play tournament, so if your team is located outside of a 75-mile radius, you are required to book your team with one of the options below.

Please take a look at the discounted hotel options listed below and pick the hotel that suits your team's needs the best. Do not contact the hotels directly to book your rooms, they will not have the discounted rate available for you.

THIS IS A MANAGED EVENT FOR HOUSING. ROOMING BLOCKS THAT AREN'T PICKING UP WITH BE REDUCED (with warning) SO THAT TEAMS ON THE WAITLIST CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
At this time, the blocks are now being managed, therefore, you won't see much availability on the booking site.
Rooms are offered to teams on the waitlist in the order they're received, so it's very important to get on that list.

Contact information: Name / email / phone number
Number of rooms needed
Dates needed
Tournament you are attending

Please note: All bookings must be completed by September 19

There are three ways to book your rooms...

1. Room Roster Feature - You are able to input the roster so that parents/coaches automatically receive booking links OR YOU CAN BYPASS THE ROSTER FEATURE.

2. Booking Link Option - If you bypass the room roster feature you will just leave the roster blank and then you will then receive a booking link in your email to share with the rest of your team in order for them to book their rooms within the block that you set up.

3. Master Bill - If you are paying for all the rooms for your organization, you would reserve all of the rooms needed and submit a rooming list and fill out a credit card authorization prior to the cutoff date.

4. *Please note that should this tournament cancel due to COVID, anyone who has a room booked will not be responsible for paying the room fees. The $5 (amount may vary per event) processing fee that is taken at the time of booking is non-refundable at any time, however that is the only fee that is nonrefundable.**
